How does PhalloFILL® work?

PhalloFILL® enhancement is performed safely using a Health Canada-approved hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler. This type of dermal filler has proven safe and effective for volume enhancement. The proven circumference enhancement technique involves a series of two or more treatments that last approximately 30 minutes.

After careful consultation with the trained and accredited PhalloFILL® injector, the patient will receive a local anaesthetic around the desired injection area to avoid discomfort or pain during the procedure. Depending on the patient’s anatomy, the injector proceeds with dermal filler injections, injecting 4 to 6 units per session. Additional units can be injected at the injector’s discretion for higher anatomies. Once the injections have been performed, patients are fitted with a compression garment which they must wear for the duration of the treatment. It is essential to abstain from sexual intercourse and self-plasticize for 7-10 days, as determined by the provider based on your anatomy.

Procedure details

PROCESS
Our accredited PhalloFILL® injector applies local anaesthesia around the injection area. The injector then administers 4 to 6 filling units per session. After the injections, a compression garment is worn for the duration of the treatment. Avoid sexual activity and self-pleasuring for 7 to 10 days, as advised by the provider, based on your anatomy.
DURATION
The entire process will take roughly 30 minutes. The injections take about 5 minutes, and the procedure is complete.
SENSATION
Well tolerated. You may feel a pinching or pressure sensation. A numbing cream Is applied to the genital area.
DOWNTIME
There is NO social downtime; patients must refrain from sex and self-pleasuring for about a week and wear a compression sleeve as directed.
SIDE EFFECTS
Side effects after treatment may include a short period of swelling, bruising, or both. This subsides within a few days.

Results

Depending on the patient’s goal, patients should expect an overall increase in circumference of 1/4 to 1/3 inches per session or an average overall improvement of 1 to 1 1/2 inches or more after several sessions. What is the PhalloFILL® enhancement?

PhalloFILL® enhancement uses a series of dermal filler injections over a period of 2 or more separate sessions to achieve the patient’s desired circumference. The dermal filler used to increase diameter is similar to that found naturally in the body and therefore, cohesive with the existing anatomical tissue in the shaft.

Does PhalloFILL® increase the length?

PhalloFILL® increases the girth! However, some results give the illusion of increased length. You have less “shrinkage” after PhalloFILL® enhancement and retain “more length” when flaccid.

Should precautions be taken after enhancement?

Avoid sexual activity for about a week after treatment to avoid migration of the filler. Penile variations are normal; initial irregularities, mainly when the shaft is flaccid, can be corrected in subsequent treatments as the filling is completed. If abnormalities continue, consult your doctor.

Should I be concerned about filler migration?

During PhalloFILL® Enhancement, regular, symmetrical filling columns will be placed along the shaft, from the base to the head, for an overall increase in circumference. Columns can be thicker or thinner in different areas if you aim to correct irregularities in your natural anatomy. Although hyaluronic acid and other fillers bind to your biological tissues, they are not indestructible. They may shift over time depending on care, sexual lifestyle, and the metabolism of the filler, which varies from patient to patient. Almost any irregularity that may occur can be corrected with the aid of a dissolving agent.

How long will PhalloFILL® last?

Patients regularly report retention of HA dermal filler after 3 or 4 years, or even longer. Any minor loss of filler can be made up at any time by a simple touch-up, which requires a minimal amount of filler compared to initial treatments. Follow-up treatments of 4 to 6 units may be required every 12 to 18 months, depending on the patient’s lifestyle, sex life and the rate at which his body metabolizes the filler.

Where exactly is the filler injected?

PhalloFILL® dermal filler exploits a space between two compact connective tissue or fascia layers. The treatment creates a pocket within these layers of fascia that holds the filler in place.
